JK’s Auto Service

This is not the first time I've used JK's Auto Service and it's not going to be the last. It's hard to find a mechanic who knows what they are doing and who is trustworthy. Auto maintenance is necessary and I always hope that the work we do not do ourselves are necessary and done properly. I have found this to be true here. For the record, I have a 2013 Expedition. I will also answer for my husband, who tries to do his own maintenance as much as possible yet he will bring his Volvo in when he cannot get around to a repair or a maintenance issue. This is a good shop. Its the kind of place you can depend on. I have chosen services that JK's Auto Service has done for us over time. Always satisfied.

This is not your traditional auto shop. Everyone is incredibly friendly, honest, and focused on helping rather than trying to upsell you on things you don't need. I brought my car in with brake issues, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. They even helped me take care of my New York State inspection while it was there, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. It's refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers and does quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for a fluid leak. Steve and his team went above and beyond to check all possible sources. Ultimately no leak was found, but the owner and one of the mechanics took the time to talk through what was checked and how I can continue to monitor the situation going forward. They assured me that all fluid levels were correct and that I would not cause any damage by continuing to drive the car. I can't say enough about the professionalism and personable experience I had at JK's Auto Service. I will use this shop for all future service/repairs to my vehicles.

Was looking for someone in White Plains to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car and lucked into JK's Auto Service on my first cold call (I live in the midwest so had to do everything over the phone). I worked with Steve who was incredibly helpful - he coordinated with the dealership to get the car over to JK's shop, and after the inspection called me directly to walk through all of their findings and patiently answered ALL of my questions. When I flew up to buy the car I found it exactly as Steve had described. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team were amazing. He went above and beyond to find out what was the problem with my vehicle and made sure it was serviced and fixed in a wonderful time frame. I definitely recommend this shop. Steve was very professional and kept me posted about my vehicle. I will definitely be using this team for all my vehicle services.
